TABU has been around three decades playing and opening up for groups such as Tierra, Tower of Power, War, El Chicano, Malo and Los Lobos, just to name a few.  We are concentrating on doing originals, but are still doing covers at local night clubs. We have the Trainor brothers "Big Al Trainor" on lead vocals and bass, Alex Trainor Sr. on vocals and trombone, Ron Reyes on lead guitar and vocals.  Albert Martinez from Palm Springs, California, on Keyboard and vocals and drummer Robert Medina and sometimes Phil Willkomm.  Frank Soliz, Steve Sanchez and Gil Toledo round out the horn section. "Tabu" coming out with our own material. So keep your ears and eyes open for Tabu coming to a place near you.
