Tabu has been around three decades playing and opening up  for groups such a Tierra, Tower of Power, War, El Chicano, Malo, Los Lobos,  just to name a few.  They are  concentrating on doing originals, but still doing covers for the time being. They have the Trainor brothers Alex Trainor on Guitar and Trombone, Al Trainor on vocals and Bass, Alex Jr Guitar and  Background vocals, Marin Aguinaga on lead Guitar and vocals, Richard Canales (Aka) Dickie,on drums and vocals Also Efren Guerra from Vegas on drums and vocals, Albert Martinez on Keyboard and vocals, Gil on Sax, vocals and percussion, Steve on Trumpet, vocals and percussion,  and of course Val Valdivia on Lead vocals. Some of them have come out of retirement and original members to play with the band knowing how talented the musicians are.  Soon you will be hearing Tabu coming out with there own material and that should not be too long. So keep your ears and eyes open for Tabu coming to a place near you.
